Linguine “Diablo” with Fresh Tomato Basil Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Gold-n-Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt & Black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 3 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil or 1 Tbsp. of dried basil leaves
  • 12 oz. Linguine, cooked
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions:

In a large skillet, over medium high heat, cook onion, garlic in Gold-n-Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread for about 3 minutes until onion is tender.

Add cayenne, tomatoes, basil, Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for about 15 min.
