Shrimp Scampi with Angel Hair Pasta

  • 8 oz. Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread, melted
  • 1/4 Cup Garlic, sliced
  • 1.5 Pounds Shrimp, Peeled and deveined
  • 2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Oz. White Wine
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt and Black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Basil, fresh, chopped
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

In a large skillet, over medium high heat, cook the garlic and shrimp until lightly browned, and cooked through.

Increase the temperature of the pan, add the tomatoes, and white wine, shake pan well.

Reduce heat to medium.

Add the hot cooked angel hair and toss to coat, season with salt and black pepper. Just before serving toss pasta with basil and parmesan cheese.
