Spicy Almonds

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/4 cup Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread
  • 3 cloves garlic pressed or chopped finely
  • 1 Tbsp. hot sauce or other pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups almonds or other nuts of your choice

Preheat oven to 250 F.

In a small skillet, melt Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread over medium heat. Add the garlic, hot sauce and salt; cook for one minute.

Toss the almonds with the butter mixture and spread the almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Stirring occasionally, bake for 1 hour, or until the almonds are crisp.
