Turkey Cutlets with Angel Hair

  • 8 oz. Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread
  • 8 Cloves Garlic, Sliced
  • 1 Pound Turkey Cutlets, sliced
  • 1 Each Red Onion, Sliced
  • 1 Can Peas, drained
  • 1 Each Carrot, peeled, diced
  • 1 Can Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1 lb Angel Hair Pasta, Cooked
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, Grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, Chopped

In a large skillet, over medium high heat, add in Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread, add garlic, cook until garlic is light brown.

Season the Turkey cutlets with salt and pepper, add in and brown, cook through.

Add in the red onion, peas, carrots, and tomatoes, cook out 3 minutes.

Warm angel hair and add into sauce, toss well, and season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the parsley and cheese, toss and serve.
