Tortellini Alfredo with Ham and Peas

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 19 oz. pkg. frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup diced ham, cooked

In a saucepan, melt Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread over medium-low heat.

Add diced ham and peas.

Add heavy cream and heat through, allow this to simmer for about three minutes until cream has slightly thickened.

Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.

Add tortellini to pan, increase heat and add cheese; toss to distribute sauce and melt cheese.

Garnish with additional cheese if desired.
