Ground Turkey Chipotle Tostada “Family” Salad

  • Servings: 1 Large Tostada salad, to share
Ingredients:
  • 12 oz. Lean Ground Turkey
  • 4 Tablespoons Chipoltle Gold-n-Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 each Guerrero 6 inch Tortillas
  • 2 Tablespoons Chipoltle Gold-n-Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread
  • 3 oz. Refried Beans
  • 1 Cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/4 Cup Green Chile, diced
  • 1/2 each Red Onion, small dice
  • 1/4 Cup Salsa, hot or mild
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Taco Cheese
Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Brush each tortilla on both sides with Gold-n-Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread, bake tortillas until golden and crisp, cool.

Next heat a pan on medium, add in 4 Tbls. Chipoltle Gold-n-Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread, add in ground turkey, stir the turkey and break into pieces as you cook, cook through.

To build: place a crisp tortilla on plate, top with beans, 4 oz turkey, lettuce, chile, onion, salsa and cheese. Repeat two times to get three layers. Garnish as needed.
