Scalloped Corn

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Gold-n-Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 16 oz. cream style corn
  • 16 oz. whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package corn muffin mix
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º F

Beat eggs. Stir in cream corn, whole kernel corn, melted Gold-n-Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread, and sour cream.

Fold in muffin mix. Pour into a greased 9” by 13” pan.

Sprinkle with cheese, and bake uncovered at 350† F for 35 minutes.
