Mangoes Flameados with Cocoa Tortilla Crisps (Flambéed Mangoes)

  • 1 #/2 ea. Mango Lg.
  • 1/8 Cup Gold-n-Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread
  • 1/8 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 each 6 Inch Flour Tortillas
  • 2 Tbls. Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 oz. Triple Sec Liquor
  • 2 Tbls. Orange Juice
  • 1 Tbls. Granulated Sugar

Pre-Heat Oven 350 F.

Heat a pan on medium heat. Add Gold-n-Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread and Sugar, stir well and cook 5 minutes. Peel, core and slice mangoes 1/2 inch thick, add mangoes.

Cook mangoes briefly, add in triple sec, flambé triple sec. Add Orange Juice.

Next combine Gold-N-Soft, cocoa, cinnamon, and sugar, microwave 20 seconds.

Cut tortillas into triangles and toss in mixture, lay out on baking pan and bake until crisp.

Serves equal potions of mango and tortilla chips.
