Mango Masa Crisp

Ingredients:
  • 4 #’S Ripe Mango or 6 Cups Diced
  • 3 Tbls. Lime Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbls. Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbls. Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbls. Minced Candied Ginger
Topping:

  • 8 Tbls./1 Stick Gold-n-Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread
  • 1/2 Cup AP Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Masa Harina (Corn Flour)
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp. Ginger, ground
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
Directions:

Pre-Heat Oven 375 F.

Grease a 11 X 8 inch baking dish with Gold n Soft®

Toss diced mango with lime juice

Combine sugar, cornstarch, & candied ginger and mix well.

Spoon the mango mix into the baking dish.

Topping: combine Gold-n-Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread, flours, sugars, and spices in a bowl, mix until pea size pieces. Spread topping over the mango and bake until light brown.
