White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Cookies

  • 1 cup Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread
  • 2-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Preheat oven to 375º F.

Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In separate mixing bowl, cream together Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread and sugars, beating until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.

Add dry ingredients to blended mixture, beating until well combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts. Drop teaspoons-sized dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.
