Peanut Butter Reindeer

  • Servings: 2 dozen cookies
  • 1/2 cup Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread
  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • mini pretzel twists
  • Candy-coated chocolate pieces (red for nose, brown for eyes)

Preheat oven to 375º.

Beat Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread, peanut butter, sugars and egg thoroughly.

Roll dough into 24 large balls approx. 1-1/4 diameter and 24 small balls approx. 1” diameter. Position one small ball under one large ball on a cookie sheet, then lightly press down and together to form the shape of the reindeer. Press two pretzels into the top ball for antlers; and candy pieces for nose and eyes.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.
