Easy Gold ’n Soft No Bake Cookies

  • 1/2 Cup Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread (or 1 stick of Gold ’n Soft 70% Spread)
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 4 T Cocoa
  • 3 Cups Oatmeal
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter

Combine Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread, sugar, milk and cocoa in a sauce pan. Boil hard for 4 minutes. Remove from stove and add oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix thoroughly and then spoon onto wax paper for cookies. For bars, pour into a 9 inch baking pan, let cool and then cut.
