Ingredients
1/2 cup Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread
1 cup powdered sugar, plus extra for sprinkling
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups AP Flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup chopped nuts, preferably pecans (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Cream Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread. Mix in sifted flour and then add sugar, salt and vanilla and blend just until dough forms. Add nuts and fold gently. Scrape bowl.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Place 1 oz scoops of dough onto sheet and bake until light brown (8-12 minutes).
Remove cookies from oven and, while still warm, sprinkle with remaining sugar if desired.
