New Orleans BBQ Shrimp

Ingredients
1 pound large, peeled and deveined shrimp
1/2 cup Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread, melted
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary or 1/3 tsp dried ground rosemary
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp minced fresh garlic
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Equipment: Skewers (if using wooden or bamboo skewers, soak for 30 minutes first)
Directions
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Mix Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread with the spices and Worcestershire sauce. Reserve about 1/4 cup in a separate container for after the shrimp is cooked.
Skewer the shrimp and baste with the mixture. Grill for about three minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and opaque, basting occasionally with the sauce. For even more flavor, drizzle the reserved sauce over the cooked shrimp.
Tip: Try grilling lemon to serve alongside the shrimp. Cut lemon into slices, brush with olive oil and grill for about a minute.
