Ingredients
1/2 cup Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
16 oz cream style corn
16 oz whole kernel corn
1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
1 package corn muffin mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Beat eggs. Stir in cream corn, whole kernel corn, melted Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread, and sour cream.
Fold in muffin mix. Pour into greased muffin pans.
Sprinkle with cheese, and bake uncovered at 350º F for 10-20 minutes until golden brown.
