Simple Blueberry Scones

2 cups AP Flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup sugar
4 oz Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup buttermilk

Preheat oven to 400º F.

In a bowl, sift all dry ingredients together once.

Next add in the Gold ’n Soft® Vegetable Oil Spread, and with a fork, gently cut the mixture until the spread has combined with flour into pea-size pieces.

Next gently fold in the blueberries, add in the buttermilk and with a rubber spatula combine the mixture until it comes together.

Spray a sheet tray with nonstick spray, and place even scoops of dough onto the tray. Bake 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
