Ingredients
Cooked flank or strip steak, sliced, warmed (about 1 1/2 lbs)
16 oz refried beans, warmed
8 tostada shells
1 tbsp Gold ’n Soft Vegetable Oil Spread
Cotija cheese, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, cilantro for garnish
Lime wedges and salsa for serving
Directions
Melt the Gold ’n Soft Vegetable Oil Spread in a skillet and cook the tostada shells about 30 seconds per side until crispy and lightly charred.
Spread the refried beans evenly over the shells. Add the steak on top of the beans. Top with the cheese, onions, tomatoes and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges and salsa.
